Originally a bookseller, at Solstice in Trafalgar Street. He started in Agency in 1982. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, past Chairman of the local branch. He is a past President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association - www.bhea.org.uk (the BHEAA’s remit is to uphold professional standards amongst local agents). He is totally dedicated to improving the image and public perception of estate agents. Paul started Bonett’s in l990.
Married to Dee, they have two children - Dan, and Helena. According to them, he spends all his time when not working, practising Aikido www.brightonaikido.co.uk

Timothy is a friendly, non - pushy, but very focused Senior Sales Negotiator, with over 20 years local sales experience with both independent and corporate agents. He looks after front office operations with skill and supports the whole team. Our customers love Timothy's positive 'can do' attitude and he loves the dynamism in the company.
He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and is a Treasurer and Deacon of the Montpelier Place Baptist Church.

Angela is a really thorough secretary. She has worked for a variety of local firms, mainly property related, so brings with her a host of skills. She particularly likes the client and customer contact, lacking in some of her previous jobs.
She is responsible for our web content, our magazine adverts and window cards, as well as our property particulars.
She is a fast learner and with all the advances in technology, that's a real benefit!

Murray, with many years' experience in the local property market, will probably be your first point of contact as a landlord or tenant. He is an expert on current rental values and organises the marketing of our rental properties.
He is a born and bred Brightonian, living with his partner and young son, in the City.

Rachel is a critical part of our property management. She is very good at establishing friendly and clear relationships with landlords and tenants. She will probably organise contractors to visit when things need repairing, etc.

Kerry works with Rachel, Murray and Abi, ensuring we deal with our landlords and tenants efficiently. She has some years local experience in the industry locally and is unflappable!
She mainly deals with the rent payments and paying our contractors.
