Bonett’s, opened by Paul Bonett in 1990, is committed to continually improving the service its staff provides to sellers and buyers.
The company was the first in Sussex to achieve the Investor in People standard. David Flack, Manager, was among the first Estate Agents in the UK to gain his Level 3 NVQ in 'Residential Property'.
During 2006 Paul was President of the Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association upholding a strict code of conduct in the City. We have always taken a very proactive approach to the internet, going online in 1996. Realising that many of our customers now come from the web rather than through the door, we moved our Brighton & Hove offices into one larger office in Brighton 2 years ago, to put our team under one roof and service your needs more efficiently and effectively.

Get Mobility! - New service from Bonett’s Estate Agents
Mobility issues? Talk to Bonett’s Estate Agents. The firm is the first in the area to offer the Mobility Friendly Homes service. Director Paul Bonett explains, “It’s a hassle and stressful, even if you are able bodied, so you know what it’s like if you have mobility difficulties. Struggling around estate agencies, viewing unsuitable properties, a real pain! We want sellers and buyers to have a simpler route to selling and buying. We have joined www.mobilityfriendlyhomes.co.uk which is an estate agency website specifically offering accessible homes of all types throughout the UK”. We will mark Mobility Friendly Homes specifically on our site too. We expect this to be a first and very useful service for sellers and buyers alike.
Green Thoughts
We have made a small commitment to the environment: three company bicycles which you will see on your travels around the Town. When will all agents start using bikes for their appointments?! With the traffic and parking situation in the City, bicycles are a sensible, practical option; not only that, they keep us fit. We have also joined the City Car Club, whereby we lessen our vehicular impact on the City by having fewer company cars.
