Property activity in Brighton & Hove
We are surprisingly busy, especially in lettings, whilst sales are
happening sporadically and mainly from cash buyers as we await the
banks and building societies making more sensible products
available. Prices have definitely dropped between 15-20% so you can
buy a well priced place. We have several properties with no onward
chain too, making an easy transaction. We are open 9am-6pm monday
to friday and 9am-4pm saturday. If you want an appointment to view,
please give us some warning and we will do our best to fit in with
your times.
