SHEEP OR...
Received wisdom is that selling your property in Brighton or
Hove as winter approaches is a bad move...wrong!
All buyers who come to your property will be serious, wanting to
buy (no time wasters when the weather is poor!);
Not so much competition from other properties but more
competition between buyers should mean you get a better price;
If you sell now, you are ready to buy when other property comes
on the market in the New Year.
