The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) Scheme provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between member agencies and customers who are buying and selling residential property in the UK. As members of the OEA we follow a strict code of practice which is independently enforced and monitored to ensure customer satisfaction.

National Association of Estate Agents
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the largest estate agency organisation in the UK, representing nearly 10,000 members. It is committed to raising professional standards across all aspects of the property market for the benefit of member agents and ultimately the home moving public. As Fellows of the NAEA we follow a strict code of conduct to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are followed and maintained ensuring you receive the best service available.

The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people. Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people. Since it was developed the Standard has been reviewed every three years to ensure that it remains relevant, accessible and attractive to all. The most recent review was completed in November 2004.

Community Mark
CommunityMark is a national standard that recognises the involvement in the local community of small and medium sized businesses/organisations and strategic business units of larger businesses. CommunityMark provides a simple jargon free model to help businesses maximise their impact in the community and their business benefit at the same time. It encourages all businesses to get involved, from 2 to 250 employees and whether they have an existing community programme or not.

Brighton & Hove Business Community Partnership
Bonett's are members of the Brighton & Hove Business Community Partnership. The BCP brings together commercial, community and voluntary sector organisations to support community development and encourage social entrepreneurship. It has brokered deals in kind between business and voluntary organisations worth over £3 million and helped countless people make a real contribution to their local community. Paul Bonett was elected Chair of the BCP in December 2007.
