BBC Southern Counties interview today

Just interviewed on BBC Southern Counties - is property still 20-30% overvalued?
Sussex, especially Brighton & Hove does think it's in a 'bubble'...generally not true. We are a part of wider economic activity, not just national but international. There is a big demand for property in B & H which is already reflected in higher prices than surrounding towns, but when they move down in value, so do we to a degree. The property that is selling now is 'sensibly priced'...buyers and sellers see the value equally.

I know it's a car but you know how they devalue as they leave the forecourt!!
