Fees Payable By Landlords

 

Levels of Service and fee structure – 3 levels of service offered

 

Fully managed service

  • 12% of monthly rental income including VAT*
  • Mid Term property inspection report (at 3 months and every 6 months throughout the tenancy) £30
  • Initial set up fee of £90+VAT* (to include all compliance documentation and Tenancy Agreement)
  • Cost of Inventory (see below)

    Tenant find only

  • £480 minimum fee, or the sum equivalent to ½ months rental income + VAT*
  • Cost of Inventory (see below)

     

    Rent collection

  • 9.6% of the monthly rental income including VAT*
  • Cost of Inventory (see below)

     

    Inventory and Schedule of Condition report fee (No VAT) – to determine the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy, and payable per property as follows*:

    VAT rates for goods and services is currently 20%

     

     

    *Prices correct at the time of printing. With inventories, for any additional rooms a charge of £5 will be added, for example garages, utility rooms, games rooms, en-suite, additional bathrooms and toilets, additional reception rooms, (gardens and garden buildings will be charged as one additional unit).
