Yes, Paul is the local estate agent, living in Queen's Park, who will turn up to his appointments on his bike. That's why he gets there on time... When not in the office he likes to spend his time practising Aikido at www.brightonaikido.co.uk. He is a member at East Brighton Golf Club too http://www.ebgc.co.uk/ and dabbles in tennis at Queens Park Lawn Tennis Club: http://www.qptennisclubbrighton.co.uk/ Twitter @bonettpa
Timothy is a friendly, non - pushy, but very focused sales maker with over 20 years local sales experience with both independent and corporate agents. He looks after front office operations and supports the whole team. Our customers love Timothy's positive attitude, and he really comes into his own during the sales progression process. He is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and attends the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Brighton. Despite this, or because of it, he has a wickedly great sense of humour. Oh, and he if he wasn't working here, he'd be Manager of BHAFC :)
Harvey is the young man in our ranks, enthusiastic to make a difference here and to show that youth has it's merits. He is hard-working, thoughtful and friendly in a good way. He started with Maslens, a well-respected local company and recently decided to move on to another. He is a member grade of the National Association of Estate Agents. Welcome on board Harvey.
Kerri manages the lettings team. She works mainly on the financial side of things, but also is a very skilled property manager. She has over 14 years experience in the business working locally and is very proactive. Being a Liverpool FC fan sometimes puts her and Timothy on a collision course but hey, it adds to the Kemp Town office excitement!
Abi is our lettings valuer and senior lettings negotiator, usually the first port of call for new landlords and subsequently tenants. She is also very skilled in property maintenance matters. She oversees the contracts and associated work for landlords and tenants leading up to the move in date. She is a very experienced local property person and has been working in the industry for over 10 years. Abi parle tres bien francais, donc si vous arrivez ici a travers La Manche, il faut la parler en francais :)
Sarah has lived in Brighton for over 20 years and has an excellent knowledge of the locale, and schools. She is very approachable and a strong communicator and negotiator. Her favourite part of the job is meeting potential clients and introducing them to their new homes. You will often see Sarah arriving for viewings on our customised Bonett's bike, her preferred way to get to appointments on time! Thanks to Sarah, Abi and Paul, we do not clog the Kemp Town streets with Bonett staff cars.
Sam has worked for other corporate agents in the town and now has found her niche, a proper independent local firm. She is very knowledgable on the area and very calm and helpful. Drop in and she will always do her best to help you.
