Whether we’re looking after a property, we always do all we can to ensure tenants are happy in their homes. And, should a problem occur, we promise to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We also promise to be upfront about any fees you may have to pay and there will never be any hidden extras.
Tenants Fees –
Referencing Fee: £210 including VAT. Payable per tenant, (to include credit reference check, employment and income verification and previous landlord check.
Guarantor referencing fee: £30 including VAT, for each tenant if a guarantor is required.
Check out report fee: cost per property (dependent on property size) see below table for current prices, including VAT – (deductible from the tenants damage deposit on vacation of the property)
This flat fee is the same whether the property is supplied unfurnished, fully furnished or part furnished.
All extra rooms are charged £5; this is to include garages, utility rooms, games rooms, en-suite, additional bathrooms and toilets, and additional reception rooms etc. Gardens and garden buildings will be charged as one unit. Balconies and roof terrace are included in within the room.
