The North Laine

This really is ‘Brighton Central’. Everything is on your doorstep so it’s a very busy and vibrant part of town. It’s within 5 minutes’ walk of Brighton Station, less than 10 minutes’ walk directly south to the seafront. This small area boasts over 400 independent shops and businesses of almost every conceivable kind. There are traditional and modern pubs with craft beer availability increasing by the day, restaurants and cafes from Japanese to super-veggie and everything between plus live venues for theatre, comedy, cinema and bands.

Most properties step straight into the street with no or a tiny front ‘yard’: garden would be an exaggeration. But you have all the entertainment you could wish for on your doorstep and the sea and the station just a few minutes away.
